In it's raw state, this nutritional powerhouse can often be a hard sell to the health food squeamish, but kale chips are just the right balance between salt and crunch. Betcha can't each just one!
3 leaves of the curly leafed kale.
Pull the large center vein from each of the 3 leaves and rip leaves into 2 inch pieces.
Combine in a bowl with 1 Tbs olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Toss and spread onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 7 minutes.
Serve immediately.
