1 bag Ghirardelli chocolate morsels- 60 % Cacao
1/2 pound raw almonds
Use double boiler, or place glass bowl over pot of boiling water
Place wax paper over cookie sheet. You may need several sheets.Melt chocolate over boiling water then add almonds and mix until nuts are covered in chocolate.
Take tablespoon and spoon out small clusters of almonds 3-5 almonds per cluster.
Spoon clusters onto wax paper. Sprinkle sea salt over each cluster and place in fridge or freezer to harden.
Once set up, store in tupperware in the fridge.
