Green Smoothie! These recipes work best in a high powered Blender such as a Vita Mix, but can also be made in a traditional blender.
Ingredients:
1/2 orange peeled
1/2 cup grapes, green or red. seeded or seedless
1/4 in slice of ginger
1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup cabbage (optional)
Blend and Enjoy!

1 cup coconut water
1 apple
1/2 bunch kale
small handful frozen spinach
2 tblpns lemon juice
Ginger and cabbage, interesting. We'll have to try that!
