Broccoli Slaw

This lighter, sugar free version of coleslaw is not only refreshing and crunchy but the raw broccoli adds a cancer fighting punch. On the Today show this morning, Dr. Roshini Raj explains the benefits of raw broccoli and it's ability to target cancer stem cells. By fighting the stem cells of cancer,it is not  able to grow.
Raw broccoli is especially high in this phyto-chemical.


1, 12 oz bag pre-cut broccoli slaw
1 Tbs ranch dressing dry mix
4 Tbs plain non fat Greek yogurt
1Tbs dried dill weed
1Tbs red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
