This little snack packs in flavor, texture, and filling fiber to crush those after work cravings.
1/2 sliced banana or 1 whole banana
(depending n hunger)
1/2 sliced banana or 1 whole banana
(depending n hunger)
1/2 tsp raw honey
1-2 Tbs pecans( I break them up with my hands)
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
Combine ingredients and slightly crush some of the banana for a more creamy texture.
