Sesame Chicken Take-out Fake-out

For the Marinade:

1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed to bite size
6 tsp olive oil
5 Tbs low sodium soy sauce

4 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp honey
Combine ingredients and marinade for 15-30 minutes

Sauté the chicken in 2 tsp olive oil on medium heat. let cook in pan 3 minutes and then turn to brown the ckicken on the other side. When cooked through and browned. Remove from the pan and reserve in bowl.

For the Sauce:
1 Tbs grated ginger
3 grated garlic cloves
11/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbs agave nectar or honey
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs thai chilli sauce
1 green onion
2 cups cooked brown rice( optional)
Turn heat down to medium low and add cloves garlic and green onion to a bit more olive oil. Sauté for 1minute. whisk in the the remaining ingredients and allow to thicken about 5 minutes. Add in the chicken and rice to heat through.

Garnish:
2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion
